Day of Coordination $4,695.00

Time frame: not to exceed 3 weeks prior to wedding date (3 zoom calls will be scheduled and 1 walk through)

  • Create a draft timeline with the couple shortly after becoming a client 

  • Finalize a draft timeline 3 weeks prior to your wedding date 

  • Contact all vendors as introductory and becoming point of contact 3 weeks from the wedding date

  • DOC will be the point of contact for any questions or concerns the day of 

  • Line up bridal party for ceremony

  • Line up bridal party for reception entrance

  • Assist with minimal décor set up provided by the client (any décor WE put out we will take down at the end of the night)

  • Handle the day to ensure timing is on track, and everything is running smoothly

  • Consists of 1 Lead Coordinator and 1 Assistant 

  • Deliver gifts and card box to location requested by Bride (Usually a close family member or bridal suite)

A Month Until I DO $5,295.00

Time frame: not to exceed 2 months from wedding date (4 zoom calls will be scheduled and 1 walk through)

  • DOC will be the point of contact for any questions or concerns the day of

  • Line up bridal party for reception entrance

  • Assist with minimal décor set up provided by the client (any décor WE put out we will take down at the end of the night)

  • Handle the day to ensure timing is on track, and everything is running smoothly

  • Day of Coordination included (from getting ready to the end of reception)

  • Consists of 1 lead coordinator and 1 assistant 

  • Deliver gifts and card box to location requested by Bride (Usually a close family member or bridal suite)

Meet You in the Middle Package $6,445.00

Time frame: not to exceed 6 months from wedding date (5 zoom calls will be scheduled and 1 walk through)

  • Assist with vendor contract finalizations

  • Assist with vendor contract reviews before committing

  • Assist clientele with finding up to 2 vendors that is still needed (includes contacting 2-3 of one 1 vendor to request quotes for price comparison)

  • Create a draft timeline with the couple shortly after becoming a client 

  • Finalize a draft timeline 3 weeks prior to your wedding date 

  • Contact all vendors as introductory and becoming point of contact 6 months from the wedding date

  • Attend final meeting with photographer/videographer to ensure all needs are met

  • Attend final meeting with DJ/Band to ensure all needs are met

  • DOC will be the point of contact for any questions or concerns the day of 

  • Line up bridal party for ceremony

  • Line up bridal party for reception entrance

  • Assist with minimal décor set up provided by the client (any décor WE put out we will take down at the end of the night)

  • Rehearsal Dinner Coordination INCLUDED (Consists of finding a venue for rehearsal dinner and finalizing contracts as well as being there to conduct a bridal party walk through for the ceremony)

  • Consists of 1 lead coordinator and 1 assistant 

  • Deliver gifts and card box to location requested by Bride (Usually a close family member or bridal suite)

The End to a New Beginning Package $8,195.00

Time frame: not to exceed 1 year from wedding date (6 zoom calls to be scheduled and 1 walk through)

  • Provide a preferred vendor recommendation list 

  • Assist with Zola wedding website set up

  • Assist with vendor contract finalizations

  • Assist with vendor contract reviews before committing

  • Assist clientele with finding all vendors that are needed (includes contacting 2-3 of each vendor to request quotes for price comparison)

  • Create a draft timeline with the couple shortly after becoming a client 

  • Finalize a draft timeline 3 weeks prior to your wedding date 

  • Contact all vendors as introductory and becoming point of contact 6 months from the wedding date

  • Consists of 1 lead coordinator and 1 assistant 

  • Deliver gifts and card box to location requested by Bride (Usually a close family member or bridal suite)

  1. FIRST NIGHT AS MR. & MRS. PERK INCLUDED

    • Romantic décor set up in hotel room for First Night as Mr. & Mrs.

    • Champagne bottle

“By the Hour Package” - This is for couples who don’t want a Wedding Planner or Day of Coordinator but would like the opportunity to consult with a Wedding Planner for specific questions, to review a contract, assist in creating a timeline or to assist in small detail for their special day here and there. 30 MINUTE MEETINGS $100 – 60 MINUTE MEETINGS $200. (You would provide payment upon booking your appointment)

Rehearsal Dinner Coordination ADD ON: $250.00 - This is for the couples who are only interested in a Day of Coordinator but can benefit from having the extra assistance to plan and coordinate their rehearsal dinner and be able to walk through how their special day is going to go.

THE PROCESS:

  1. Think about what package would best suit you for your wants and needs for your big day

  2. Schedule a 30 minute free initial consultation with our Lead Event Coordinator, Miranda Gibbs

  3. If you choose to proceed with engaging our services, a contract will be prepared and emailed to you

  4. Upon signing the contract, your first payment will be due. Payments are broken down into 3 installments.

  5. You will receive your welcome email with next steps; LET THE PLANNING BEGIN!
