Day of Coordination $1,800.00
Time frame: not to exceed 3 weeks prior to wedding date
Collaborate with the couple to create an initial draft timeline shortly after booking.
Finalize a detailed timeline a month before the wedding day.
Reach out to all vendors three weeks before the event to introduce ourselves and assume the role of primary point of contact.
Serve as the exclusive point of contact for any questions or concerns on the wedding day.
Provide full-day coverage from start to finish (for example, if hair and makeup begin at 7:00 AM and the reception ends at 10:00 PM, we will be on-site for the entire duration).
Organize and line up the bridal party for both the ceremony and the reception entrance.
Assist with minimal décor setup provided by the couple. (Any décor we set up will also be taken down at the end of the evening; however, transportation of décor to vehicles is not included.)
Oversee the flow of the day to ensure the schedule remains on track and everything runs seamlessly and stress-free.
Provide a professional team consisting of one Lead Coordinator and one Assistant. Your Lead Coordinator will be assigned the month of your wedding and will be on board with all logistics done between you and Miranda.
Ensure safe delivery of the gifts and card box to a designated location selected by the bride (commonly a close family member or the bridal suite).
A Month Until I DO $2,895.00
Time frame: not to exceed 2 months from wedding date

· Serve as the exclusive point of contact for any questions or concerns on the wedding day.
· Schedule a venue walk-through, in person or virtual, depending on the distance of the venue
· Schedule 3 Zoom calls (Next step, Draft Timeline, Finalization)

· Provide support with vendor contract finalizations and reviews before commitments are made.
· Assist with sourcing up to two additional vendors, including requesting quotes from two to three options for price and service comparison.
· Collaborate with the couple to create an initial draft timeline shortly after booking.
· Schedule a venue walk-through, in person or virtual, depending on the distance of the venue
· Schedule 3 Zoom calls (Next step, Draft Timeline, Finalization)
· Finalize a detailed wedding timeline three weeks before the event.

· Attend final meetings with the photographer/videographer and DJ/band to confirm all details.

Time frame: not to exceed 1 year from wedding date
Assist with Zola wedding website set-up.
Support with all vendor contract reviews and finalizations.
Assist in sourcing all remaining vendors, including requesting quotes from 2–3 options per category for comparison.
Collaborate with the couple to create an initial draft timeline shortly after booking.
Finalize a detailed timeline three weeks before the wedding.
Introduce ourselves and assume the role of primary vendor contact as vendors are booked.
Attend final planning meetings with the photographer/videographer and DJ/band.

By-the-Hour Package
Perfect for couples who don’t require full wedding planning or day-of coordination but would like professional guidance along the way. This option allows you to consult with a wedding planner for specific needs, such as reviewing contracts, building a timeline, or fine-tuning small details to ensure your day runs smoothly.
· 30-minute consultation: $75
· 60-minute consultation: $125

Rehearsal Dinner Coordination – $350.00
Ideal for couples who have secured a Day-of Coordinator but want added support for their rehearsal dinner. We’ll help plan and coordinate the evening, ensuring all details are finalized and conducting a walk-through so your bridal party feels confident and prepared for the big day.
Bridal Shower Coordination – $650.00
Perfect for brides who want to bring their dream shower to life with ease. We’ll assist with planning, coordination, and execution so you can enjoy a stress-free celebration.
Includes:
· Assistance with venue booking and vendor sourcing
· Finalizing details and confirming logistics
· Managing RSVPs
